BT Syntegra
Sub-contracted to work as part of a specialist team designing and developing Oracle data collection and processing systems to replace existing manual agricultural administration procedures.

Sopra Newell & Budge Limited
Part of a team implementing a number of large scale projects upgrading Oracle based data processing and payment systems within a large Government department. Extensive systems analysis and end user liaison was required prior to systems development and integration with existing Oracle systems. Oracle Forms, Reports and Designer toolsets were heavily used throughout all projects.

The Scottish Executive Rural Affairs Department
Due to revised European legislation governing the complete overhaul of how farming subsidies are administered, we were asked to lead a high profile systems development team. Working within tight deadlines, we successfully delivered a new administration and payments system.

Private Sector

B&M Consultancy Limited
Design and implementation of a database system for integration with existing corporate web site. Technologies used included PHP web pages and a MySQL database.

John Menzies UK Limited
A major part of a core development team set up to implement the following systems :-

• Automated goods ordering utilising Tradacomms EDI standards.
• Goods receiving. Barcode technology used to match expected with actual deliveries thus speeding up the process and producing more accurate results.
• End of day processing routines to integrate sales, ordering and reporting functions.
• Front end stock enquiry and control systems.
